We have 667 units ranging in size from 5'x5' to 10'x35'. We also have climate controlled wine storage units ranging in sizes that hold 9 cases to 1,500 cases! |

What are your hours of operation? |

Our gate hours are 6am to 9pm everyday. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday - Saturday. |

Our expert staff is here to help solve all your storage problems. We sell boxes and moving supplies and can tell you the most efficient and secure methods to store your property. We can also recommend movers or truck rentals to help solve your storage problems. |

What are my actual move-in costs? |
|
First month’s rent and an administrative fee of $10. We do have occasional move-in specials and will always beat any competitors’ prices. Once you move in, your rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis. |

Will my stuff be safe at Millbrae Station Self Storage? |
|
The facility is fully equipped with perimeter security alarms. There are exterior and interior cameras offering 24-hour digital surveillance. We also have a coded gate entry system. You can purchase or bring your own lock when you move in. |

Do I need insurance for my stored property? |
|
Check with your homeowners or renters’ insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. If you find that you do want insurance, we can provide you the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in self storage. |

What can’t I store at Millbrae Station Self Storage? |
|
Common sense and state laws determine what can be stored. Since you alone have access to your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include live animals and plants, explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, food, or liquids. Do not tempt unwanted critters with food, candles, dried flowers or your favorite sweater. |

How do I prevent damage from pests? |

We use an exterminator who inspects and services our facility on a regular basis. Our staff can also provide you with specific packing tips to ensure that your stored property is not damaged. |
